Privacy — private beta

Aviation Pathway Australia is currently operating as a private beta. This notice explains how the beta questionnaire handles your information.
Information collected
The questionnaire may collect your name, email address, date of birth, nationality, location, visa and work-right information, aviation qualifications, employment experience, evidence position, relocation goals and other answers you choose to provide.
Your progress is saved locally in your browser so you can move between steps. When you select “Generate free snapshot”, your questionnaire answers and preliminary result are submitted to our Supabase database. Document files are not uploaded in this beta; only the questionnaire selections are submitted.
Why it is used
The information is used to generate the free preliminary Pathway Snapshot, review whether the questionnaire works correctly, and improve the future full assessment service. It is not sold to advertisers.
Stripe test checkout
If you choose the Full Pathway Assessment test checkout, the email address from your questionnaire and a non-sensitive submission reference are passed to Stripe so the test payment can be matched to your questionnaire. Stripe processes the sandbox checkout under its own privacy and security practices. Do not enter real card details while the website is in test mode.
Access and security
Website visitors cannot read stored submissions through the public website. Access is restricted to the project administrator. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not submit passwords, passport copies, financial details or confidential employer material during the beta.
Retention and deletion
Beta submissions are retained only while they are needed for testing and development. To request deletion during the beta, contact David through the LinkedIn profile linked on the home page and provide the email address used in the questionnaire.
Important
A complete production privacy policy, retention schedule and contact process will be implemented before paid public launch and before document uploads are enabled.
